Intended Harm Turned Into The Saving of Many Lives

Four women chose life yesterday at Charlotte' busiest abortion center. I was on the mobile ultrasound RV counseling from the moment I stepped out of my car at 9:20 a.m. till 3:30 p.m.  Some of the stories of these women were tragic, but an amazing irony transpired when they left the abortion center wanting to explore other options and saw our mobile ultrasound RV from HELP Crisis Pregnancy Center. They remembered they had seen our City Council speeches and the newscasts in recent days about the proposed no-parking ordinance on the abortion center street. They knew there was a big controversy...but they remembered all the stories of the help that was offered by the pro-life group on the sidewalks with that RV, and they felt God had given them a sign.

What the 'pro-choice' group had painted as a menace to public safety at the City Council forum became the method by which these women chose safety for their babies!

I have heard many sad stories as a pro-life counselor but one yesterday was particularly sad. Nonetheless, despite potential personal danger, at the end our our time together, this woman who had considered abortion said, "I will leave it up to God. Whatever happens, He is the one that should choose life or death. Not me."

We need more counselors to speak a message of hope in the face of difficult circumstances and unplanned pregnancies. The amazing group, Love-Life Charlotte, has mentors trained and ready to work with these women once they choose life.  But first, the Cities4Life sidewalk counselors fill a critical front-line role in helping conflicted women connect with these incredible resources. Please, would you consider coming out for just an hour or two to listen and pray, and see if God would have you join us? The commitment can be as large or as small as you are able.

Please go HERE for information or contact me at vickychooseslife@yahoo.com to schedule a visit to shadow a counselor and see miracles unfold as abortion-minded women meet gentle Christians speaking the truth, mercy, and hope of God.
